We were privileged to work with the Governor of Machakos county on the Machakos city model.

This model is a very basic layout of the proposed Machakos city that is underway, it shows various zones in a very basic way i.e central business district, institutions, hotels & hospitality, park, the dam, stadium, formula one race track in the shape of Africa, main roads among others.

The project attracted very many people willing to invest because they were able to comprehend the magnitude of the project thanks to the Machakos city model. Models give investors confidence especially when they see amount of effort and dedication that has been committed to get everyone on board in understanding the project that is represented by a physical model that they can see, touch & feel.

The model is build to the scale of 1:1000, we build the model from sketched ideas with no drawings which was very challengin,but very successful.
